How to use Primis
Primis is a short, checked list of the numbers and websites people actually need. Here is everything it does, in plain words.
1. Choose your country
Use the country box at the top right. Everything on the site then changes to that country — numbers, links and AI answers. Names show in the local language with English beside them.
2. Read the Home page
Home shows cards by topic: emergency first, then things like government, health, banking and travel. Each card lists what the contact is for, its number and its official website. Tap a card to open or close it.
3. Call safely
The red button dials the number. If it belongs to another country, Primis adds the correct country code for you. Short numbers like 100 or 911 only work inside that country.
4. Ask AI
Type your question in the search box and press Ask AI. Answers use your selected country. If AI cannot confirm something, it sends you to the checked link instead — always confirm before acting.
5. Addresses
Open the Addresses tab, pick a country and city, and see police, hospitals, fire, shelter, food and water with phone, email and website. Allow location and Primis picks your city for you and starts navigation from where you stand.
6. Emergency setup
The Emergency tab shows how to store emergency contacts on your phone (iPhone, Android, Samsung, OnePlus and others) and how to reach them all quickly.
7. Calling another country
The Prefix & Suffix tab explains, in one line, what to add before a number when you call abroad.
8. Offline
Once a country has loaded, it is saved on your device. If you lose internet later, the saved numbers and links still open.
9. Help us
Found something missing or wrong? Use Suggest a Link. Every suggestion is checked by a person before it appears.
Primis is not an emergency service. In a real emergency, contact official emergency services directly.
